This customer’s sliding gate had a problem with refusing to open, despite the operator being fully charged and showing all the lights on.
We tested the remote and local control systems, and found nothing wrong there. Next, we looked at the chain and spools and again found no issues. Then we examined the wheels and tracks, and here we located the culprit in a jammed front roller. We raised the gate with some jacks and replaced the offending wheel, and greased the track some more while we were at it. Simple task!
